Professionally, Heidi worked closely with senior leadership within the public education system—where she was engaged in high-level planning, administrative coordination, and policy-level discussions that offered her deep insight into how institutions shape human development. Her experience gave her a direct view into how human systems function from the inside out—and how they sometimes fracture under pressure.
